  I would give this place a good rating since they offered fast service with a good price and did not try to upsell anything. However, during installation, they snapped one of the wheel studs. They scheduled a free repair, but at the last minute decided it was my fault and wanted to charge me a couple hundred for the job. Unbelievable.

  1820 W Dimond Blvd is exceptional in service across the board 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Friendly front desk service ROBBIE IS WONDERFUL friendly ,happy, ,knowledgeable and super funny!! I came in a bad mood and left laughing! I waited for my tires rotation and found it very comfortable in waiting room My mechanic MELVIN I found very personable , quick and did a great job! Excellent work!

  Refused to repair tire on 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk (215/60R17) due to tire on rim was too small for vehicle and it would be a liability on their part. Googled this: The 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk rolls off the factory line with 215/65R17 tires as standard equipment. These tires are typically wrapped around 17-inch alloy wheels. Made me an appointment as walk in. After I sat down to wait the lady at counter walked out and checked my vehicle tire size. Could have saved me time asking what tires I have on the vehicle instead of making me appointment to wait and then sneaking out to my vehicle when my back was to the front door. Last time I go here for service. They must like messing with their customers for a good laugh.
