I was shuffled between multiple bays, the oil change and tire rotation took well over an hour. I was left waiting another 45 minutes, and after being guided into another bay for the oil change the staff informed me their system would not function past 7pm and I would have to return another day. In all I spent over two and a half hours there only to be told I was kept waiting too long to complete the work at hand.
