  I had a great experience at Brake Plus. Kyle provided excellent customer service and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood the repairs without ever making me feel pressured. It’s clear he cares about helping customers and doing things the right way. Also a quick shout-out to Robert, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He did great work

  I can’t say enough good things about this Brakes Plus location! The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s so refreshing to see an auto shop that values honesty and great customer service. Definitely a place you can trust!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus. They finished my brake service in less than two hours, which was much faster than I expected. Dylan and Kyle were both professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The price was better than most of the places I compared, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

  I took my car to Brakes Plus Wylie for an emissions test, and it failed. The following day, I had the issue repaired and returned for a retest. However, the technician told me I needed to drive the car 40,000 miles before I could retest and refused to provide the service. I then went to a competitor down the street, paid for another emissions test, and my car passed.
