He tested my 3 year old battery and ... Failed as suspected. Then he found the right replacement battery (in stock), Installed a new battery for me in the wife's SUV, because who carries a tool set and expects a dead battery? He also tested out the new battery once we got it wired up again. Just an all around great experience. Turned what could've been a major inconvenience into peace of mind. I really appreciated this and highly recommend Mark and this Autozone.
