  I was just there to know the price but they actually helped me replace the tail light bulb in a few minutes. I thought it would take time but the mechanic was so skilled he did it so effortlessly. Really appreciate their work and the pricing on the repair too. Would definitely recommend this shop.

  Carl and his guys took care of my car changing brake fluid and steering fluid, it was fast, easy, and done right. Friendly service. Thank you!!

  DO NOT EVER take your vehicle there if you need any kind of mechanical work, all they are good for is oil changes. The customer service is the worst I have seen in awhile. My 75 year old mom loved these guys and took her Edge for a brake problem. We replaced the master cylinder only for my mom to get in her car after a week and there is not any brake fluid in it. It all leaked out due to the part being bad. Replaced a second time and was told may have to bleed the brakes. Came back to bleed the brakes and the mechanic decide that it was leaking again and would have to be replaced a third time. Not my Mom but the mechanic decided this. This mechanic quit before we returned the 3rd time. Mom called manager Wayne, please get the part and schedule an appointment for Thur. 2nd so I can be there to find out what is going on. Arrived for appointment and was ignored for a full 30 min. by the guys in the shop until I called on my cell phone from the garage and said you will have to talk to me now. The rudeness was beyond acceptable. They never touched the car. Manager Wayne has then decided that it was the ABS brake system and could not be the part for a third time. Well I agree Wayne, that is why we were trying to talk with you about the issue. They could have told my mom that when she made the appointment but could not be bothered until I was there in their faces. I will say that Karl was the only one trying to appease my family but all he could say was he was just getting back and would refer to his manager. I am pretty pissed off at the arrogance of these guys and the way we were treated. Had my Mom been alone she would have been in tears. Not a lot of options in Woodville for a mechanic but I will drive to Lumberton before I use them again.

  I came in yesterday around 12:30 PM and was helped by Carl🙌🏼 and Brian🙌🏼, and I just have to say they were absolutely amazing. It was a pretty calm time, and like most places right now, it seemed like they were dealing with some staffing shortages. Even so, they handled everything so smoothly. There were only two technicians, Carl and Brian, they were taking care of me and another customer at the same time. On top of that, carl managed multiple phone calls, helped another gentleman who pulled up, and still kept everything moving efficiently, while Brian continued his work down below to ensure the services where completed in a timely manner. I had multiple services done, not just an oil change, and they got me taken care of in about 30 minutes, which impressed me considering how much was happening in the moment. What stood out the most was how attentive and patient they were. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even listened to me ramble on without ever making me feel rushed even when so many things where happening at once and they could have rushed off and tried to push a service . That kind of customer service really means a lot. Those two were truly crushing it, top notch work all around. It’s experiences like this that remind me why I keep coming back. No matter who’s there, the crew at Woodville Grease Monkey is always honest, respectful, kind, and fast. Highly recommend, 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Do not send your wife or daughter here they will take full advantage of them knowing nothing about an oil change...sent my daughter to get her oil changed in her kia...(note it holds for quarts of oil) and a filter...that four quarts of oil and filter cost me $101.00
