I also had to reschedule my appointment because when I took it into the certified installer (who was excellent, very professional and flexible) I was told installation was 3-5 hours when the specialist told me it was a 2 hour appointment. Your information needs seriously updating, as both inconveniences were surprises to me and the information (cost and install time) was a surprise to the installer as well.
