She was being very rude and wouldn’t even show a receipt for her refund and then when was accusing the employees of lowering the price even though the system said it was $13. I was a customer in line and witnessed everything.

She was being fake nice and trying to gaslight me saying I was rude after her attitude upset me. Her words seemed nice but her actions told the truth. She was talking about me in a derogatory manner in Spanish to her employees thinking that I don't speak Spanish. I will never darken their doorstep ever again.
