From the moment I walked in he was patient, knowledgeable and generally cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed for my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. He took the time to explain things clearly and answered all of my questions and he didn’t make me feel rushed at all. It’s rare to come across Customer Service like that these days. Tommy made my stressful situation so much easier. AutoZone is lucky to have him- he is a great example of what Customer Service should look like. We will definitely be coming back because of him. Thanks Tommy 😊
- JPJennifer PuenteFeb 28, 20261.0Very disappointed in the service my husband received. He went in to pick up a radiator for my 2008 Ford Expedition. He gave the gentleman all the information on what he needed. Thinking that since this gentleman works there and is looking everything up on the computer, that he gave my husband the correct radiator. Negative. My husband gets home after coming to my job to pick u my truck and leave me his so I can get home in the morning, THE RADIATOR is not the correct one for my truck. I get off work at 6am and my husband goes to work at 10am, so now he won’t be able to put my radiator in until Sunday. So one of us will have to uber or walk to work tomorrow thanks to this gentleman not paying attention.
