I have a fiat, and know it’s a hard car to work with, so I want to give a shout out to Alondra who took the challenge to find my cabin air filter. I kept joking with her that no one wants to work on these cars and how I always have to go to the dealership to do anything. She kept talking me through what she was doing , and apologized multiple times for the delay. She’s a fantastic employee and a determined person.
