- KKKris “KG” KlgMar 8, 20261.0Horrible experience. Not once but twice in one day. Set up reservation for pickup at 1300 on March 8th 2026. At 1250 I get a call that says sorry we don’t have a car for you. Even though I had confirmation and checked in online. I call customer service. They say enterprise doesn’t have one but their partner company National does at same location but it will cost $70 more. I’m in a bind so I agree. Customer service makes the reservation for me and I receive confirmation. So I go there and guess what. No car. I spoke to employees. They said they can’t help me. I call back customer service, they say they will escalate it. No call, no nothing, but my reservation did all of the sudden get cancelled.
- WJW JDec 19, 20251.0Rented a van through Expedia. Was given confirmation on date and time of pickup. Went to pick up and surprise they didn't have a van or any vehicle with more than 5 seats. I even tried calling this location and the old Jacksboro location all day today to double check but nobody answered their phones. Enterprises site even showed the rental was confirmed. I AM BEYOND UPSET as I am going to have to cancel my trip now. Dont confirm what you don't have!!

Calling the listed phone numbers repeatedly is your only way to reach someone, but even then, it’s often futile. I’ve seen others wait at the counter, only to find no one there. This place is a complete waste of time and could be unsafe. Do not risk your time or safety by visiting this location. For reliable service, choose a different enterprise rental site immediately.
