  Great service, amazing staff, and clean vehicle and environment. Very informative and helpful in getting the best bang for your buck. Very satisfied with my rental experience.

  They didn't have a car available in the morning when I had to drop my car off at the autobody shop. Then the guy came to pick me up at work and left after just a couple of minutes past my pick up time!!The driver them reported my staff told him.ot would be 30 more minutes til I was put but all 3 of my staff deny this and seeing as it was jist getting lunch time I definitely do go over that much into my lunch time or I dont get to eat. The guy who checked me in was nice and apologetic but this should have never happened..disappointed in them! Forced to use them due to Insurance

  If I was able to give zero stars I would. Steve Ramos “Manager” has the worst manager skills I have ever seen. I received a vehicle that bluetooth would not connect/work. After calling their office several times he told me to come on in and he would switch me out to another vehicle, he did have inventory on hand. When I arrive , hand him the key ready to be switched out. He immediately states he is going to attempt the bluetooth. I stated it will not work. By this time he sends an employee out to the truck while him and I are at the counter discussing that I refuse to keep a vehicle that BT doesn’t work properly at all times. I explained it’s against Texas state law to not be hags free! Steve was cold, dry, no skill and rude. Next day, I have a new reservation. Jamisen calls me says she can get me in by 11 am. Soon as her & I hung up I received a call from an unidentified male from their office stating because of what happened yesterday they wouldn’t be able to get me in a vehicle today, he hung up on me. I called back and they would answer and hang up over and over. Very in businesslike and very unprofessional. Very low standard from and Enterprise location. Highly grossed out and disappointed. Steve is the worst and he is the manager. The other employees are following his lead. The whole reservation was voided.
