Shining example of programming people to do as they are told instead of doing what is right. If someone was injured on property, management would watch and not address it let alone attempt to help out of fear of being sued. If someone stole, they would be more likely to assist by opening the door for them. The management behaved like a robot that is programmed. Polite, but inhuman. Watchful but careful to not show heart. They place following orders above all things. It's done to a literal fault. They prefer false advertising over corrected pricing. They are the example of coding done incorrectly and then intentionally choose to leave it broken. If a mess happens they wait until an authorized personnel arrives to fix it. If the kitchen caught fire they would wait for the firetruck instead of putting it out themselves. They choose to follow the letter of the law instead of following the reason for the law. And, they don't understand why the law exists, they just follow it like a broken robot that keeps following the program and coding that produces results that are obviously wrong, and yet they keep doing it anyway. I love qt. This store has management issues. They take reason out of logic and don't understand let alone care to understand why they operate the way that they operate. If this message doesn't make sense? You're part of the problem. Willfull ignorance in the name of what's lawful is still ignorance. Quite possibly delusional. Or Maybe they just want upper management to recognize their own stupidity? I wouldn't want a robot running my store. You want someone that is capable of making obvious decisions running it. Not allowing employees to make logical, reasonable decisions means that you yourself aren't only controlling / fearful / out of control, but are also irrational and illogical. Put people in charge that have a history of making reasonable decisions on their own. They will hire reasonable employees that are fully capable. To achieve this you have to stop controlling people. Or Keep treating people like incompetent children and you'll end up with incompetent children as employees. Management here makes about as much sense as the physical location. The exit from the highway works, but it really doesn't make much of sense. Consistently inconsistent.

Soap out in bathrooms. Fuel pumps not printing receipt (15 QT fuel ups over Texas and not one receipt) and pretty sure this is not where food is allowed as anyone could tamper with

Subject: Disappointed in Wichita Falls Location - Cash Back and ATM Fees Dear Quick Trip, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my deep disappointment in the Quick Trip location in Wichita Falls, Texas, for their refusal to offer cash back, a service that is so widely available at all other Quick Trip stores. I guess this particular location isn’t quite part of the Quick Trip family, seeing as they’ve somehow missed out on what should be standard practice across all stores. Perhaps they’ve invented their own version of Quick Trip, or maybe they’re running a separate, exclusive business model? One can only speculate. You see, it’s baffling to me that a company that prides itself on consistency and customer service could allow a location to operate so differently from the others. It's especially frustrating considering Quick Trip isn’t a franchise model, meaning there’s no excuse for such disparities in service. All your other locations offer cash back—why is this Wichita Falls store an exception? Could it be that they've decided to just "opt out" of customer convenience? Surely, that’s not the message Quick Trip wants to send to its loyal customers. And while we’re on the subject of customer satisfaction, let’s talk about the ATM machine you’ve decided to place in the store. It’s an interesting choice, really—because nothing says “We care about you” like charging a fee for a service that’s usually provided free of charge at other locations. Of course, why offer free cash back when you can profit off the very customers you’re supposed to be serving? What a clever way to squeeze a little extra out of us. How thoughtful. I just wanted to let you know that I’m not pleased with this situation, and I will be sure to let other customers in the area know that Quick Trip has, apparently, sold out its core values in favor of a few extra dollars. It’s truly unfortunate when a company that was once reliable and consistent takes such a sharp turn in the opposite direction. I look forward to hearing how this issue will be addressed, though I’m sure the Wichita Falls store will continue doing things their own way, since they seem to have found an interesting new business model of their own. Best regards, Te-Ishma Monroe
