My first experience with Joe Hudson collision was the person that I had an appointment with arguing with the receptionist that she didn’t have time to do another estimate. She was dealing with (supposedly) some IT issues that was more important than quietly discussing who can perform the estimate on my truck. Mind you I was at the place 45 minutes before my appointment and I pointed out a few times I was in no hurry. After figuring out who was going to do the estimate this persons came out, took a few pictures and told he would be back with an estimate. When the individual came back talked about the estimate, and gave me no option how insurance would pay! Would not listen to a word I was saying, was very rude about it and instead of discussing it just ignored what I said and did what he wanted anyway. Once I received the estimate, turns out the person that actually did the estimate put the other persons name on it like she did anything but sit behind her desk and complain. Not my place I would want to do any business with. If I could take away a star to make it zero I would. Joe Hudson collision doesn’t deserve a star at all!!
