- SGSarah GJul 29, 20215.0High end service and friendly staff. After accidentally going to O’reilly right near this location (which turned out to be a bad experience) I made my way to Autozone. Darwin was so great and friendly. Despite knowing I wanted a new battery he checked my current battery to be sure it was the issue. It was in fact the problem. He installed the battery for me which in this Texas heat was not kind to him but he never complained and got it done. He was personable and friendly. Highly recommend seeing Darwin and the rest of the staff at Autozone off Sheppard access road.

Real stand up guys. In my original review I meant car batteries in general are too expensive. No fault of autozones!
