  Frank's has always been our towing and body shop of choice. The staff is super knowledgeable and work with insurance so you don't have to. Three generations of the Quick/Mitchsson family work with you and have the best knowledge & experience in this area. Their repair is top notch and efficient also. Have had multiple cars repaired and painted and very pleased always

  They try to impound everything they touch, will fight w the officer to try to do so. I was in complete disbelief but the officer seemed to have had to deal with them before. Not to mention over priced. Add a few hundred to the quote you get over the phone. I also feel like the man intentionally drug my car further damaging it, then trying to talk me into just changing my tire on the side of the road and go, after not being able to impound it. Don’t call them, literally anyone else will be the better option. Absolutely horrible people.

  I was released from grayson county for traffic violations Franks Towing impounded my vehicle which contained much of my personal property, ie, my wife's medication, a bicycle, wallet, proof of insurance etc They refused to release my property despite the insurance in my name on the vehicle. I went and got the title, went back later in the evening, say 7:30ish. She told me I was late and refused once again and said to come in the morning

  This is a formal account of a serious incident with Franks Towing in Whitesboro, TX, on [9/22/25]. Despite receiving both verbal and written authorization from the rental company, Franks Towing staff illegally denied access to personal belongings, including a wallet and phone, from a towed rental vehicle. In violation of Texas state law, which prohibits vehicle storage facilities (VSFs) from withholding personal property, the staff forcibly removed me from the lot while I was attempting to resolve the matter with the rental company. The staff's conduct was unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the encounter. A formal complaint detailing these actions is being filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and will be followed by further legal action !
