  Everyone has their horror stories of parts stores and the people that work there. Good parts guys are hard to find so when you actually find one, you have to stick with them. Issac Serrano has been that parts guy for me. The guy goes above and beyond to help get me the right parts. He's come in and even delivered parts to my shop when he wasn't even on the clock. Issac is the only reason I haven't moved my commercial account to a closer store or even a completely different parts store chain. Issac has come in clutch on many customers vehicles where they needed to be back on the road immediately. He definitely earned my business and my recommendation to others.

  My one stop shop for everything I need. JD Cole is always VERY knowledgeable about what parts to get, other things to look out for to check as preventative maintenance, and always stands behind the warranty with no issues. I think I've had 2 purge valves go bad over the last 5 Years and I'm always in and out in 5 mins for warranty swap. It's really refreshing to have someone who actually knows what they're talking about when it comes to your engine vs "computer said no" but this man really knows what he's talking about down to the gaskets on 10 vs 12 bolt diffs. Great guy, great parts, and great conversations about random car stuff; thank you so much for your time and knowledge sir - always keeps my truck up and rocking!
