  I rented a truck one way, never received an email confirmation, then upon return, no receipt! Now I can't seem to get my deposit back??

  In the initial meeting we were told with the allowable rental price from insurance of $60/day we could get just about any rental vehicle offered by them.Told them what we were looking for and he said ok we'll figure it out. This was 3 days before we actually needed a rental. We were trying to get something scheduled. We actually would have waited or went somewhere else if we would have known.We ended up with a van ok that's cool. Went back a few days later asking for something different more like our Rogue AWD because we don't need a big van.( Only 2 of us)We were met with excuses. Then my fiance needed me to be added to the rental and was told to bring me Saturday to take care of it. Well they are closed on Saturday! Doesn't seem to care after the the rental is finalized.
