  MUST READ - On April 19, 2026 I went to get my car washed at this location. Half way through, the car wash came to a stop and waited in there for about 5mins. Eventually a staff member comes to my window saying they’re going to have to shut down the car wash because it’s spraying hydraulic fluid and I asked if it’s on my car and she ran her finger across my side mirror and said yes. She said I can return later and see if it’s been repaired or come back tomorrow. She then said to go speak to the manager for a refund unless I have a membership (which I did) then I didn’t need to speak with the manager because there wasn’t anything to refund. So i exited the car wash and was directed around front where another employee said the same thing about me not needing to speak with the manager since I have a membership and nothing to refund but might want to go somewhere else to get the hydraulic fluid off my vehicle. I ended up going to another car wash, went through it twice and still had to scrub to get the hydraulic fluid off. I contacted customer service and they informed me than there is nothing they could do without a claim being filed which I informed them that 2 of there staff members told me I didn’t need to speak with a manager. In the end, customer service did absolutely nothing. No wonder there is so many complaints on Nextdoor app about this location scratching their vehicles when they have gone through with and experiencing terrible customer service. Hope this helps future customers think twice about using this car wash.

  First time I have had a bad experience in since 2021, was today 4/25/26. Simply wanted to add my spouse’s vehicle and make a family plan. The promotion clearly states that depending on your primary plan, the second is at a discounted rate. I should’ve been able to add a second vehicle for $18 monthly. First girl mentioned that she was newer so didn’t know a lot about the promotion. That’s fine. She grabbed someone else who was more help and she was worse. She stated I never had a plan…. I come weekly and first girl had my membership pulled up on her tablet…. She says we will be charged $25 monthly after 2 months. That’s not what the promotion so I’m questioning because I’m trying to understand. This entire interaction took about 15 minutes and resulted in them not knowing. Spoke with manager in red, he could care less and just shook his head. You’ve got to have people who are informed of your business promotions and know how to communicate with customers. Disappointed but not surprised. Just young people trying to wait for clock out time. The facility itself is good. No problems with car wash itself and the vacuum area is always well supplied and all working for the years I was a customer. But service, now I learned is terrible!

  Never will I come back here. I have never seen such a disgusting display of “customer service”. The gal guiding vehicles into the wash visibly had an attitude before I even pulled up. Scowl on her face. Eyes rolling. Demanded I take the ice scraper out of my truck (which mind you has lived in that same spot for 3 years through MANY car washes) which whatever. But doesn’t require eye rolls, scoffs and folded arms. And then to shout commands at me about my foot being on the brake even though my feet are no where near the pedals. No ma’am. I won’t return if these are the attitudes I will have to interact with to receive my service.
