The gal guiding vehicles into the wash visibly had an attitude before I even pulled up. Scowl on her face. Eyes rolling. Demanded I take the ice scraper out of my truck (which mind you has lived in that same spot for 3 years through MANY car washes) which whatever. But doesn’t require eye rolls, scoffs and folded arms. And then to shout commands at me about my foot being on the brake even though my feet are no where near the pedals. No ma’am. I won’t return if these are the attitudes I will have to interact with to receive my service.
