  The mud on the running board isn't even wet. Went 2 times and still dirty still dry

  This car wash is terrible! No matter what services you use whether it is the washing services or the vacuuming services. None of them are up to par and are constantly Broken. There are constantly teenagers in and out of the establishment employee or not constantly visiting with each other. With no supervising whatsoever when my boyfriend went to cancel my membership they then told me that they cannot locate my account and then proceeded to try to cancel said account where they did not succeed, and I have continuously been charged after that. When getting on the phone with customer service they tell that all they can offer is a refund request, which is just that, a request (not guaranteed) and can give no estimated time on when they might get back to you or issue your refund. All in all this establishment is very poorly ran both in and outside the building.

  I want to recognize one of your outstanding employees, LaTrell for providing exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. They were very knowledgeable about the different wash options and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me choose the best service for my vehicle.

  I went there a few weeks ago and a young man named La’Trell really helped me so much and he was so kind and polite, the work was done well I will definitely be coming back in the future
