  Went in for a relay for vehicle- got part, but incorrect style relay (no biggie) so I went to return the part and get the correct one. The employee Aspen seemed more concerned with talking to a coworker about a kid's xmas present than attempting to help me find the correct part. She took my car info and looked it up and said "oh that's it" then went back to talking to her coworker while just ignoring me trying to explain that I had an oem make/model/part number and just hurriedly processed my return. I didn't expect her to be held in rapt attention while I explained my situation, but it would've been nice to at least be humored and look up the part. *shrugs* I'm at O'Reilly in BC now, maybe I'll have better luck 🤷

  Stole my money off my card. I had to call the cops after the cops had apparently already just left the location. I was forced to leave with no money, no part and no receipt because "their computer froze" however my bank statement and missing money shows the transaction complete and the money transfered to them! They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for anything. Worst parts store and employees i have ever delt with. The "manager" was more worried about being home than dealing with her job so she had to be called several times even once by an officer to talk to. This is not over and I will continue untill my money is returned.
