  I was driving from Dallas on the way to see my daughter in College Station and my tire pressure all of a sudden went low. I called Mavis Tire. They told me they could take care of me ASAP and get me right back on the road. I thought it was a nail come to find out all my tires were low. They filled them up free of charge. There were helpful and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone! I quickly got back on the road and all is good!

  From the moment I walked in, Sherri was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The team was quick, friendly, and extremely thorough when checking my tires, making sure everything was in great shape. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend! Now have somewhere to go when passing through!

  During a road trip between Dallas and Houston, my tire pressure light suddenly came on. I stopped by Mavis Tire in Corsicana feeling frantic and short on time, and the team immediately jumped into action. James, Sherri, and Amber helped calibrate my tire pressure and did a quick visual check to make sure there wasn’t a nail in my tire. They even took a moment to show me how to properly add air to my tires, which I really appreciated. The service was completely free, and they got me back on the road quickly and safely. The Corsicana team was kind, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend them!

  Called the Waxahachie location on Friday to inquire about an alignment and got told they couldn’t even look at me until Monday at earliest. Called this location and they told me to bring it in Saturday and they would get me done as a waiter. I loaded my Tahoe on my trailer and carried it into the shop. Chance met us at the door and gathered all the required info, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He used my name throughout the whole process providing chic-fil-a level customer service. The two ladies I dealt with were also provided the same service. This store is 12 miles further than waxahachie for me but it’s worth the drive. I had put a new front end in my vehicle and the alignment they did was the finishing touch. They even took the time to grease it all for me.

  I don’t ever leave reviews, but people need to be aware of what happened at this shop. About 2–3 months ago, we took both of our vehicles to this shop for routine oil change, we have been returning customers up until this point. We were told there may be a coolant issue, including a possible leak in my husband’s truck. Even took my husband out to the shop area to show him coolant on the ground. This is a 2024 GMC with 45k miles on it. We monitored it at home and didn’t see anything severe at the time. Fast forward about 2 months, my husband’s check engine light came on due to the coolant being completely empty. We refilled it, the light went off, and the truck has had no issues since. The person that told us this looked to be the shop manager, a short guy with brown hair. Today my husband took my car to a different shop to get the oil changed and magically I now have a coolant issue. He was specifically told the coolant is now “bad” and contaminated. It is very hard to ignore how coincidental this is, especially since both vehicles were serviced at the same time and now both have newly “discovered” coolant problems. At this point, I strongly advise others to be cautious. We personally will not be returning.
