  Sherri and the guys were so thorough and wonderful today with my oil change and changing my filters out they did a full inspection and did not push for anything that wasn’t needed nor did they try to sell anything that wasn’t needed. They sold exactly what was needed and the price was amazing and the team is excellent.

  The BEST customer service around!!!! My brakes started making a grinding sound 4 days ago. I called last minute before leaving out of town, just to get a quote on brakes & rotors, not expecting them to be able to get to it so quickly. Chance answered my first call & assessed my needs, along with checking to see if the parts were in stock. I explained that I live 45 min away but would need to contact my husband before scheduling service. As soon as I spoke to my husband, I called right back, receiving the same great phone customer service to schedule an appt asap! Upon arrival at my scheduled time, Sherrie greeted us and explained the process. Which by the way, the inside is immaculately clean, including the ladies restroom. We walked down to McDonalds to get lunch while we waited. Chance called me with the full inspection report, offered upgraded services & maintenance & they started on my van. Not only were they fair priced, they were able to fully service my van within two hours! So happy we chose to drive to Corsicana to go to Mavis! 10/10. Customer Service! We will be telling all of our friends & we’ll back for sure!

  Fast, friendly and honest. Didn’t attempt to over sell me. They didn’t try to sell me anything based solely on mileage recommendations. I will definitely be returning for my automotive services in the future.

  Had to get my car towed in Corsicana due to the skid plate almost falling off on the highway. Everyone was super nice and kind upon arriving and they promptly took care of us. They could’ve charged probably whatever they wanted to temporarily fix the skid plate, but ended up charging us nothing! There are kind and generous people living among us still! Thank you Mavis Tire. We were safely able to get to our destination and back because of y’all!
