I was also given clear aftercare instructions and what to expect post-install. When a few bubbles didn’t resolve, I called to schedule a follow-up. I specifically asked if I needed a scheduled appointment, and the person I spoke with said I did not. We agreed that I would come in the following Saturday at 9 a.m. When I arrived, Alex let me know there were six vehicles ahead of mine, but he was still willing to work me in and take care of my vehicle that day. While I understood the wait and appreciated his honesty, the situation itself was frustrating since I had already confirmed a time in advance. Thankfully, Alex continued to be extremely helpful and professional. He ultimately scheduled me for the following weekend and took care of the issues promptly and thoroughly. His customer service was outstanding. He is exactly the type of employee you want representing your business, and because of him, I left feeling satisfied with the overall experience.
