Picked up truck with no issues did notice small scratch on dash but no big deal. Next day, Saturday, noticed the wiper blades (I paid for replacement as part of my visit) were installed incorrectly, seemed to be wrong size and were hitting trim around windshield. Tried to call number Safelite had called me from, no answer and voicemail full, tried calling main number, no pick up and was rerouted to “Executive Services” voicemail. Left message, awaiting call. Decided to drive to location. Explained issue was invited to leave the vehicle or schedule service another day since I had very limited time and they could not squeeze my in between appointments. Further explained due to being a caregiver to someone who just had surgery I really could not leave my house between 7:30 am and 5pm weekdays. Staff person just said well “you should know our hours, they are posted on the door”. Seems like Safelite feels all this is my issue now thst I they have my $.

Noticed a scratch on new windshield driverside, went back inside and let Stephen know, he looked at the scratch and said, it shouldn't have been installed. Stephen said, he would schedule warranty appointment to replace it. Called several times to get an appointment set, Stephen each time said he scheduled an appointment. When I checked with Safelite customer service they said, I have no appointment. So I made a warranty appointment from website to fix a issue that should have never been allowed to happen, when you pay to get a New windshield installed it needs to be new... not damaged from scratch and dent pile.

The price was reasonable (to me; first time for chip repair) so I scheduled the repair. They had plenty of time slot options in-house or for mobile service (I chose mobile to arrive at my job). The mobile technician (Cody) called me on the day of my appointment and gave me an ETA. When he arrived, he informed me of the expectations and what could happen. It didn’t take him very long to complete the repair and I was quite pleased with the results. This is the second time I’ve used Safelite for my personal vehicle and will not be my last. Safelite will always be my choice for reasonable pricing, quick and reliable service, plus knowledgeable technicians with great customer service.
