    Andrew went above and beyond and helped us get a bigger car than our insurance would approve. They were trying to screw us over and enterprise said "nope! Not on my watch" definitely recommend them! Great customer service.

    The Webster location is staffed with friendly, professional and knowledgeable employees. Always willing to help and assist in anyway they can with last minute changes and requests. We have rented multiple times from this location with no issues at all from staff or the vehicles we rented.

Back “in the day” I spent a lot of years in both retail and office management. Zach is the type of individual with whom I would certainly have hired and enjoyed his company!     This location was fine, but we had originally booked a rental at another location that was shut down when we went to pick it up. We called the number on the door which was to this new location that said we had to go there, which was 30 minutes away.

    I rented here because of an accident that disabled my personal vehicle. My insurance insisted they only worked with Enterprise. First, they reported they had NO cars until Monday afternoon. But I logged onto their website, which indicated they had availability. So I called back, they told me you can reserve a car online, but that doesn't mean they have it. Glad I called first?! To their credit, they got me a car. But it was downhill from there. I was given a larger car, and, when I swapped cars midway through the rental period, they could not explain the charges well, and insisted I "chose" to have a more expensive car, so I was responsible for the charges- because lord forbid I needed a car to GET TO WORK, and they didn't have the less expensive car available, and somehow, that was my fault. After being able to switch out for a smaller car midway through the rental period, Enterprise assured me the smaller vehicle was FULLY covered by my insurance. At the time to return, they sent me a bill for over $900, and sent me running around, DURING MY WORKDAY, from one phone number to the next to find out about the charges. They insisted my insurance could explain. The damage unit could explain. The local store could explain. I spent HOURS on hold. My entire workday listening to hold music. By the end of the phone tag game, I was in tears and STILL not told why I was being charged an extra $200 on top of what I'd already paid for the car, which should've been covered by my insurance. If my insurance had not insisted I go through Enterprise, I never would've rented with them to begin with. And, if I ever need a rental again, I'll break out my bicycle before using enterprise. Both cars were clean, and The staff is kind, and the location itself isn't at fault. Enterprise is run by incompetent people far above the front line employees pay grade. My single experience with Enterprise has ruined their "customer first" "keep moving forward" image.
