  I have a 2013 Ford explorer that was making a terrible squeaking noise when I would drive it. I had 2 different mechanics tell me it had different problems and as a single mom the prices they were giving me were way out of my budget. This weekend I had to load up my kids and go out of town for a family emergency. On Thursday I called and spoke to Tyson and asked how much to diagnose the problem. He asked me what was going on and I told him. He said to bring it by and they would look at it. On Friday morning I stopped by and explained I basically just wanted to make sure it was safe to make the trip with my kids. They took it right in and about 15 minutes later he came back in and said I've got great news. Your back bushings just needed some grease. They greased it up for me handed me my keys and said not only is it safe it's no longer squeaking. I was almost in tears. We made the trip and got home safely. Plus there is no more embarrassment because it was loud. This company has been in business forever and I see why. Great honest people. When I worked for the local cab company many years ago this was the only company we used for our fleet and I had forgotten about them but they will forever have my business from now on. Thank you so much

  Had my car aligned last week. Breaks went out the next day. My breaks did not make a sound until after the alignment. I’m Wondering if they did something to them so I’d come back. If not they could have at least mentioned they were bad when they test drive their work or put the tires back on. Never again. Never ever. I’m not even going to call and ask them to fix it because I don’t trust them with my car again. Literally the next day my break pads were down to metal. Definitely not a coincidence. They were perfect before!

  Another mechanic had tried telling me I needed my alternator replaced. So I went to Bensons for a second opinion and it was just a cracked hose. This place is trustworthy and genuine! Highly recommend to anyone.

  How about Benson's alignment shop? AGAIN! they done excellent job this morning. My Honda was blowing hot air out of vents.Got there 7am and was out by 8:05am. They charged me a reasonable price to repair my A/C. There service is 2nd to none. So call front desk and set appointment. All I know I won't be sweating this summer. Thank you for all your help! OUTSTANDING.
