  Customers BEWARE Bought a car in Nov 2025 and later discovered a $9,000 warranty was added to my loan WITHOUT my consent. I only found out after reviewing my loan statement. They also pushed a “Stress-Free Care” add-on as if it was mandatory — clearly how they make extra money. Worse part is they try to avoid if anything needs fixing which clearly should cover. I have small chips in my windshield. They said their technician wasn’t there so they took a picture and they’re gonna reach out to me whether it’s gonna be fixable or not. Well never got a call back. After multiple follow-ups, they admitted the issue and sent cancellation documents in Jan 2026. Still no refund months later. Now: • No responses • Finance manager always “busy” • Calls and emails ignored This is deceptive and unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the FTC and state authorities. 👉 Check your paperwork VERY carefully before signing. Would not trust this dealership.

  My daughter Lindsay and I had a great experience working with our salesman Josh at this dealership. He was very helpful, patient and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the process. I never felt pressured, and he made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but he made the experience smooth and pleasant. I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
