  The ease of booking and checking in was great! However make sure you know how much of a deposit they want and ask the cleaning fee amount that they attach and do not make you aware of no matter how clean the car is. Communication is important and deposits are understandable and if the car is dirty that is also understandable however if the car is clean and you attach a fee to every car, that should be discussed upfront.

  Friendly and flexible with my needs. Even offered me a ride back to the dealership to pickup my car from service center.

  This place sucked really bad I had a reservation for the 7th and went to pick up had no issue until I went to use debit card and got told by the girl at the front desk that I had past due balance on my bill so I paid it right then after the blonde short girl at the front told me to then she said they couldn't do it cause there was a past due before but I brought it up to date she was very rude and unhelpful for sure went to ft worth location after crying cause I didn't think I would be able to go see my grandbaby and my pregnant daughter to help her while her husband was in major surgery but went to location off of white settlement and it was such a pleasant experience with them so I highly recommend dont rent from this location sucks its the only one in weatherford but drive further its worth it

  Horrible management!!!! Refusing to help work with a mother who has traveled from out of state, with a two month old child… being refused a rental because her married and maiden names didn’t match on the card… understandable…. Until they refused to speak to her husband to confirm her identity. AVOID this location at all costs, they really do not give a flying freak about their customers. There was also another lady being put through the wringer to rent a car. (Shocker, she left carless too) You’d think they would want to make doing business with them easier. Now we have to go find another rental location that actually has a sense of decency and compassion to get this momma in a car while she’s in town. Do better enterprise. Update your policies or your standards.
