  I recommend this place where we bought a Truck, the seller Zack welcomed us on arrival opening the car door as well as the entry door, made us sit at his station and offered us a bottle of water. Truly very attentive to our needs, he immediately showed us a truck that matched what we wanted and after some negotiation on the price we bought it and we brought home that same evening!

  This dealership needs honesty, ethics, customer service and good business practices! BUYER BEWARE!!! A "C" rating on the BBB! Not accredited! I bought a certified vehicle and the dealership did not certify it. I bought another 2500.00 service package for the vehicle and got no paperwork verifying the purchase.(I was told it was mandatory). I attempted to call the dealship 8 to 10 times and left messages. No one returned my call. However, I continued to call and did eventually get a hold of a manager who said the paperwork was not completed and he would do so. He never did and never return my calls. I reached the finance manager and he said he would make sure the certified paperwork is filed. He texted me that he would do so, the Monday after the call. He never returned my call. I left a message for the district manager and he returned my call concerning my complaint and informed he would investigate and get back to me. I have written proof of everything. He failed to do so. These people foster a culture of dishonesty and bad business practices! I have not received a resolution for my complaints with this business!

  Demarcus provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free for my father’s purchase, especially after many unsuccessful attempts with other dealerships. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. Because of this positive experience, we will confidently be referring Weatherford Honda to our family and friends.

  I had a great experience at Honda of Weatherford’s service department. I had an issue with my car and did not have a scheduled appointment. My service advisor, Justin Mitchell, was able to get me squared away and had me out the door in a short amount of time. I was very pleased with his communication throughout. I did not feel pressured into buying additional services. He did go over them with me, but I didn’t feel the pressure to buy any of them. My service technician, Brandon Hawkins, came out to explain my issue in great detail. He was very informative and communicated very well with me. Overall, great experience and very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend services from these two gentlemen.

  I know many times in the past we have dealt with car salesman’s and dealerships that just really wasn’t that fun. This time was different! We met with Isaiah this time, just happened to be the one that greeted us. We had a special circumstance with our vehicle we owned outright and he was able to work his magic with manager and surpass our expectations. He was very chill, no pressure, and fun to work with. The day we went in to do paperwork and signing process on our new car it took less than 1.5 hours which we had never experienced either. Kudos to Isaiah for making us feel at home and at ease and we walked away feeling great! (Very rare at a dealership) Very bright young man that was caring and helpful, answered all our questions! Thank you for all you did to make our experience superb Isaih! We will see you again. 10/10!! 🙌
