- SMSteven MeltonOct 9, 20251.0Bought a certified pre-owned Honda, 2024 Accord Hybrid Touring. Traded in our VW Atlas. We did everything online since we live over 60 miles away. They delivered the vehicle and took our trade in. They only provided one key fob. Honda CPO checklist specifically mentions two key jobs. Vehicles either have two or a missing key fob is to be replaced so customers receive two. We had to hassle the dealership to honor the Honda CPO guarantee. They said we could get a key fob made at a dealership closer to our home and they would reimburse us after we submitted an invoice. We did as instructed and the dealership has completely ghosted us. They don't return calls, texts, or emails. Now we have to weigh legal options to recover over $500 we paid out of pocket for a 2nd key fob that should have come with our CPO Honda. Save yourself the headache and got to DFW instead. This dealership can't be trusted because they will breach contracts and not uphold promises. So disappointed.

I shared my concern about the new ownership with the new manager and if you have not given Honda a chance in the past few months, I recommend you give them a try for sales and service. The service advisor, Michael, was courteous and kept me informed about the progress of repairs. Sometimes the best customer is the one who goes in with an open mind and establishes expectations with the service folks. I would definitely use the service department again. Thanks Michael for handling my concerns professionally.
