    Horrible management!!!! Refusing to help work with a mother who has traveled from out of state, with a two month old child… being refused a rental because her married and maiden names didn’t match on the card… understandable…. Until they refused to speak to her husband to confirm her identity. AVOID this location at all costs, they really do not give a flying freak about their customers. There was also another lady being put through the wringer to rent a car. (Shocker, she left carless too) You’d think they would want to make doing business with them easier. Now we have to go find another rental location that actually has a sense of decency and compassion to get this momma in a car while she’s in town. Do better enterprise. Update your policies or your standards.

    I was incorrectly told if I rrturned the car early that I would receive a refund for the day(s) I did not use. I was not told it would literally be less than $2 (sales tax amount apparently) that was refunded when I returned the car 2 days early. They told me essentially those two days were "free rental days". I would have rather had two free rental days added for a future rental at least so I could actually benefit from it instead of feeling ripped off. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Not the first time I've felt robbed by this company. If there was an alternative car rental place in Weatherford, TX they would have my business instead of here to be honest. They did other things right and good, but today money talks and companies with greedy policies fail in my book. (*Edit: I did contact them as requested. No refund or "free days" were given, but when I asked what they could do I was given 500 courtesy points. That is better than nothing. In lue of that gesture, I have returned the gesture by raising my Google review to 3 stars instead of 2.)

    They were so patient and helpful when I chose a rental (I will have for months) that was too small for me. They took the time to let me sit in others and understood my concerns and issues. I was able to get an awesome vehicle! Thank you to Weatherford Enterprise! I cannot thank you enough.

    NEVER USE THEIR TOLL FREE or ONLINE reservations. I made a reservation on the toll free service. I was told I would pay at the time I pickup the vehicle and that I would receive an email confirmation in 10-15 minutes. I never received it. I found the local locations contact information online. I made several calls over an hours time. We are having very bad weather conditions in our area. I thought this office may not be open. I call the toll free # again (5 times). I talked to a different agent each time. Every time they told me I did not have a reservation because I did not pay $99.00 deposit. Even after explaining what I was told. All they wanted to do is make a new reservation for me. Each time they price increased (from $27.00 to $56.00). They must get a commission on making the reservation. Each time I explained I have a reservation and gave them my confirmation #. They denied that my reservation existed. When I would not make a new reservation with each of them, they hangup on me. A big problem is that their toll free service is based in a foreign country. There is absolutely NO customer service. I finally contacted another local office (Ft. Worth). They were very friendly and helpful. The confirmed my first reservation was in their system and they would send an internal message to my local location (Weatherford, TX). They explained that there was only one employee at my local location and he was trying to handle all the services. I finally received a call from Andrew and he apologized for the difficulty in making contact. I explained That I understood. He was fantastic. I arrived to pick up my car and he had me in and out in 10 minutes. I felt sorry for him. He was the only one there and it was all on his shoulders. His customer services was five star. It is ashamed that Enterprise's # 1 form of customer contact is their weakest link. Their rating was a minus 1. It cost the local office to not get a 5 star rating. I was about to use a different car rental company. NEVER USE Enterprise's toll free reservations.
