The experience was effortless and I was treated with respect and kindness. All questions answered thoroughly and that’s still after I made 3 visits prior to my actual rental date. 🙂

They rented me a very nice AWD MAZDA GC90 for under 400 dollars a week unlimited miles. Repairs were extensive on my truck so extended my rental three times. Never a problem with enterprise. They Provided after hours return and immediately refunded any earnest money the next day upon inspection of the vehicle. A hassle free experience every time with enterprise. Just call them first save yourself a hassle dealing with another one.

- AFA FNov 26, 20255.0Due to a family emergency I had to make an unexpected trip and because of the mileage on my vehicle I was unsure if it would make it there an back. That's when I decided to rent a vehicle from the Enterprise in Weatherford. I even showed up 5 minutes before they closed to picked my car and Jonathan didn't give me the cold shoulder but compassion, care, and quick service. Upon my return I had a small issue while gone; however, Jonathan immediately went and got Andrew, the supervisor, because he wanted to address the matter. Please keep in mind, he got Andrew, not that i was yelling or complaining but he wanted to make sure the proper people were notified so it could be fixed. Both understood that the issue may have went unnoticed had I not mentioned it and the most shocking item was at not time did they make me feel stupid or to blame. Instead they apologized for the inconvenience. That is customer service. Thank you Jonathan and Andrew for being amazing and I will be back to Weatherford Enterprise.
