I didn't have to wait at all, when I walked in the doors there were six people standing behind the counter and no customers. I was able to get the exact car that I needed and extend my reservation two times because the repair shop needed more time. Not at any point was the experience unpleasant or frustrating. Everybody was very kind and eager to help.

The lady handling my card said it didn’t go through and told us we’d have to come back the next day because, according to their policy, they can only swipe a card once in 24 hours, absolutely ridiculous! We made an appointment for the next day, but when we arrived, they couldn’t find our appointment. After waiting another hour, we were finally given a dirty truck with hardly any gas, stains, dirt, deer corn, and mud inside and out. Completely disgusting. To make it worse, we returned the truck with a full tank, but they never refunded my $50 deposit. The employees have no clue what they’re doing, can’t answer basic questions, and the parking lot is a total mess ,like playing Tetris trying to get in or out.I will never use this company again. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!

Extremely frustrating, especially listening to the exact same recording that said "we're willing to go the extra mile for you" and "we make it a goal to give every customer a great experience". There was no option for a call back or to leave a message. I rented the vehicle because my car was in the shop and had no other options. I will definitely be looking at other companies before choosing this Enterprise location ever again, this experience was horrible.
