  Overall my experience is always great at the waxahachie location. I have noticed not all oil changes they are doing a full vehicle check( tires, blinkers, etc.) other than that customer service is top tier l, service is speedy.

  The manager, Will, is really good at what he does. He's very professional and has excellent people skills. I don't like paying this much for an oil change but that's how it is with these kind of businesses. I was happy to pay it for the way I was treated and the professional way they did the service. I will use them again.

  This was the first and will definitely be the last time I visit this place. I went in for a simple oil change as the location was referred to me as it was convenient and close, but I would have and will from now on drive to Egypt, if necessary, not to go back to this location. The manager Willie has NO management stills, No personality and No customer service, as I stated I went for a simple oil change and the experience was anything but... first I was asked to relocate to another bay fine, no problem as I was told to make the lines move faster, then I notice the car that I was ask to move over for had move into the bay I was removed from and was being serviced and ready to almost leave, as I was just about to be serviced. I questioned the manager Willie about it, and he instantly gave me attitude and suggested he go look at the cameras to see if indeed the car had come after me, which it did! once her returned he stated that the other car had arrived 1 minute after me, which at this point I did care if it was a minute, an hour or a day, I was there first. Then he tells me will give me an extra discount of $5.00 , all while service me and NEVER once asking me the oil I prefer and then telling me the car I drive REQUIRES the premium oil. I have never been given such disrespect and WILL NEVER return to this locating.

  I had such a great experience and wanted to take a moment to recognize Seth, Jose, and Marcus for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and confident in the service being provided. What truly stood out was their compassion and willingness to help. They didn’t rush through the process, even during a busy evening, and still made me feel like a priority. Their professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service like this isn’t something you come across every day, and it was truly refreshing to receive it when things were so busy. Seth, Jose, and Marcus went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for such a great experience!

  I went to Valvoline for a routine oil change and spent over $150, which is a lot of money for what turned out to be very poor service. Shortly after leaving, my check engine light came on. I went back and was told it was an airflow issue with the engine and that it wasn’t their fault because they “don’t touch the engine.” On my way home, my car started shaking and jerking very badly. It got so bad that I missed work and was preparing to have my car towed. Thankfully, my dad looked at it and discovered the air filter had been put in incorrectly and the cover was not secured. The screws were left hanging out, which caused the airflow issue and the check engine light. If my dad hadn’t checked it, I would have had my car towed and spent even more money trying to fix something that was caused by the service I just received. I drive over an hour to work every day, so not having my vehicle is a huge problem. This level of carelessness is extremely unprofessional. Mistakes like this can affect people’s jobs and livelihoods. I also submitted a complaint online and was told someone would contact me within 24–48 hours, but it has now been several days and I haven’t heard from anyone. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better, especially after spending over $150.
