  I recently visited this tire shop after ordering my tires online and having them shipped there for installation, and the experience was outstanding. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They had everything ready when I arrived and got my vehicle in right on time. A big shoutout to Tam and Jason—they were awesome. Both were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable and confident with the service being done. The installation was quick, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. It’s not always easy coordinating online orders with in-store service, but they made it feel effortless. Great service, great people, and a hassle-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop—especially if you get the chance to work with Tam and Jason!

  I thought i had a big tire emergency on Sunday morning. I went to Mavis Tires on a recommendation from a mechanic that did not have the tool to help. Took my car to Mavis. The friendly mechanic looked at the problem,got the necessary tool and replacement,fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes! No charge! I am so thankful Waxahachie has people that are so generous with even 5 minutes of their time. I will be back in the future!

  Joe and his team are no less than 5 Stars! Excellent service by the professional crew here at the Mavis Waxahachie location. I came in with a check engine light and left with my car fixed quickly and running like a champ! Very customer friendly and good prices. I will definitely be returning here for getting my vehicle serviced in the future! Thank you everyone for the great service!
