  I had a great experience with the Enterprise location in Waxahachie. The team was professional, quick, and genuinely courteous from start to finish. I dropped the vehicle off just after closing, and as I was walking away from the key drop box, the same gentleman who had helped me four days earlier was heading out for the day. To my surprise, he greeted me by name! I couldn’t believe he remembered—it really stood out. He even took a moment to ask how everything was with the car, which just reinforced how much they care about their customers. Overall, it was such an easy and pleasant experience. Truly wonderful people to work with. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future.

  Worst customer service ever. Booked over the phone with the 1800 number and was told that they could pick me up at the dealership and to just call about 2hrs ahead of time. Well I had scheduled to be picked up at 5:30pm at the dealership, so I started trying to call at 3:15 and and after being on hold for almost an hour and 15 minutes I finally got ahold of someone who confirmed that he had me to be scheduled to be picked up at 5:30 at the dealership. So I went ahead and dropped my truck off only to be left stranded and unable to get anyone to answer the phone to see if they were indeed coming. So before the dealership closed I was asked if I needed a ride and accepted. After getting home I called the 1800 number to complain and was told that it was escalated to the regional manager and they would be calling me shortly. Well that’s been over an hour now and still no call. This will be the last time I ever try to use enterprise or recommend them. As it seems the lack of customer care isn’t just at this one location but all the way up to regional management as well. Update it is now 7 in the morning and still no call and I had to call into work being I didn’t have a car. At best I’d say customer be ware of using this location.

  I want to thank Chris for all his help and assistance with obtaining my rental. He was incredibly accommodating, especially when I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I also want to express my appreciation to the young lady who called to let me know my rental had been checked back in after I dropped it off when the location was closed. Both the greeting and follow-up were excellent—truly a great experience from start to finish.
