  Normally this is my favorite oil change place, and I only ever bring my vehicles here. This morning I showed up right when they opened (7:00 AM) because I had to start work at 8 I sat out in front of the store until 7:32, watching people walking around, looking at my car and then walking away, it was extremely frustrating. They only started opening garages and moving people in after there were two other cars lined up for oil changes. Looks like it's time to find a new oil change place.

  My daughter had her oil changed. Shortly after leaving, the check engine light came on. When she brought the car back, she was told the code related to engine air flow and that it “couldn’t be something you did” because you supposedly don’t touch the engine. 🤣 On the drive home the car began running extremely rough, vibrating heavily and making loud noise. She ended up missing a day of work and was preparing to have the car towed to the dealership. Before doing that, I checked it myself and immediately found the issue: the air filter housing was not seated correctly and wasn’t secured at all. One bolt was halfway in and the other three weren’t even started. The enclosure was loose and allowing too much air into the engine. This was clearly the result of the work performed during the oil change. Please take more care when working on customers’ vehicles. A mistake like this could have caused serious engine damage. DO BETTER!!!

  I went early in the morning earlier this week for an oil change and they seemed to be understaffed but hardly anyone was working on the cars and when they were it seems as if the manager was getting mad at them for doing it and they where asking for permission to start as if they might get in trouble while he was in what seemed to be his office not working either it was very just horrible time management or bad management but the staff was obviously afraid to get in trouble for being under a hood of vehicles as he seemed to tell them to stay in their positions and get upset when they tried to do there job of performing oil changes..very weird to see at a quick lube place won’t be going back…

  While I would normally leave an excellent review, this particular visit today is not deserving of one. I went for an oil change and an inspection. I told 2 different technicians what I needed to have done. The young man who was running the service on my car was also running to the car next to me. I figured they were short staffed. I was in no hurry. However, they checked me out and I asked about my inspection. He forgot. They had it resolved fairly quickly. Now, with all of this being said, at no point did they do a full inspection, check my tires, lights, blinkers......nothing. I paid over $100 for JUST my oil change and a pass on my emissions inspection. Not the 15 point inspection or whatever it is that I paid for. They have ALWAYS done that and have had excellent customer service. It felt very rushed and not the quality I've experienced there. Overall, it was just disappointing. I understand it was busy, they seemed short staffed, and wanting to get the cars in and out, but I didn't get all the things checked I needed to.

  got an oil change done 1/12/2026. noticed my car was leaking oil a few days later but due to my schedule i wasn’t able to take it back up there until two weeks later. i sat in line for over an hour. i told them the problem and they looked it over for over 45 minutes. they told me it was transmission oil and that my transmission needed to be looked at. i took it over to a local transmission shop for a second opinion. it took them less than 5 minutes to tell me that the oil filter housing was cracked (due to overtightening) and it would need to be replaced. they use to be really good and this is my first problem i’ve ever had with them but due to it i will not be going back.
