They made it seem as if they found the screw that went on our vehicle but secretly replaced it with their own that they deemed would fit. This resulted in an oil leak and we had to replace the oil pan. The only thing offered for the inconvenience was a 20% off coupon. Amateur service. I will never return to this facility.

However, on the bright side, the manager took responsibility for the error, gave me a full refund, and personally completed a new oil change. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

I had to pay out of pocket to tow it to another shop, where a diagnostic report clearly confirmed that Valvoline was at fault—a fact they initially tried to deny. Despite having all documentation, they have refused to cover the repair costs. I spoke with customer service and Area Manager Willie, who initially agreed to pay the repair shop. However, after receiving the invoice and confirming the amount, he backed out without any explanation. I’ve been passed around from person to person with no resolution—just excuses and delays. Thankfully, the damage was minor, but the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. There’s a pattern of poor customer service and a lack of accountability at this location. If you value your vehicle and your time, I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company, especially after they were clearly at fault.
