  First time here and I will definitely be returning! Nikki and Victoria were so helpful and friendly. Got everything I needed fixed and were very informative on all of my questions

  Nikki, Victoria, and the techs are awesome! They matched pricing, got me in same day, and were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back and doing more business here!

  I wouldn't recommend going here. I called to get a simple quote and the lady said her regional manager said they can't do that. I asked to speak to someone over him. He then takes the phone from her and says how can I help you? I tell him I never asked to speak to you but to someone HIGHER than him. They gave me a 1800 number then he says you can call the number but the call will come back to him and he will address the same way. He told me it would take a lot to put all my information in the system just to give out a quote and that's not how they do things. I said I've called every where else and they where able to give me a quote. He said we'll unfortunately they dont do that. Ŵow talk about being so lazy!!! He said unfortunately I'll never be able to talk to his boss. The calls go back to him. Well then I'll just go on Google and leave a review is what I said and hung up. Hes not even doing the work so why is he worried about typing in all my information into the system. I tell you LAZY PEOPLE! If he was like this with just a quote so arrogant and lazy image having a real issue with there service and image not being able to make a complaint against HIM because the call will just rerout back to him! Be ware people don't make this mistake in taking your vehicle here. Don't say I didn't warn you. Bet he will be the one to come back on and try and clean up his OWN mess! BTW his name is Trevor.

  This place was an absolute GOD send! On Christmas Eve, I had a HUGE nail in my tire. At like 2:30pm, we called Mavis Tires and Brakes, and Nikki answered, telling us to come on down! While 3 wonderful ypung men repaired my tire, Nikki and Victoria chatted with my mother and I. Everyone was extremely pleasant and personable. I was out of there in maybe 15 mins. On Christmas Eve! I can't recommend them enough.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes and can’t say enough about their honesty and customer service. We came in with an issue involving a loose battery and a missing lug. The staff was incredibly helpful, took the time to properly diagnose the problem, and quickly identified what was going on. What really stood out was their integrity. Not only did they secure the loose battery, but they also found an extra lug to replace the missing one—saving us a huge expense. Another shop had told us it would cost $600 just to address the missing lug, which clearly wasn’t the case here. The team at Maxie Tires & Brakes was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us rather than overcharging us. Because of this experience, they’ve earned our trust. We will definitely be coming back for all of our car and truck needs. Highly recommended!
