  I entered this business looking for service and hoping to speak to someone. The man that approached my vehicle was rude. Rather than address my genuine question about a state inspection, he attempted to scold me as if I was a child for pulling up towards the car entryway that had no “stop” or chain up in the first place. I left immediately. They never will have my service and I caution others about this business.

  I was in and out with a quickness, state inspection and oil change I was not even there 30mins. I live up the street from this place and would recommend to anyone who is in need of car service.

  This is the best oil change spot in town. Everyone is professional and efficient. And no excessive upselling. If you’re there early, you are in and out in 25 min. Julie at the desk is so friendly and knowledgeable.

  I got there today friday 02/27/2026 at 9:54am. I gothe to kwik kar just for a simple oil change i have been there before with other vehicles. I spent 1 whole hour waiting on my car for a KWIK KAR oil change the first 35mins. I was just sitting in the lobby waiting and my car was never touched till approximately 10:39 while they did the service I will not not more go there again.

  Staff was polite but complete service is truly lacking. After initial review of car I was told my skid plate that protects the oil pan was held on by zip ties and it was a part they did not keep in stock. My choices now was 1)remove the plate do the oil change 2)go pick up some zip ties and come back for oil change or 3)leave no oil change. I chose to go buy some zip ties and come back for oil change. The tech thanked me for coming back and he would give me a 15% discount for my trouble. I also asked the tech to check tires and fill windshield wash. Job was done quickly paid bill, my bad I did not review. As I left the washer low notice came back on and low tire pressure icon still displayed on dash. I was charged $4.99 for supplies I BOUGHT AND BROUGHT BACK TO THE SHOP, no discount, all 4 tires needed air when I got home, and I poured half gallon of washer fluid into the reservoir!
