Resisting the long drive to the dealership and the time taken out of my day I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be a very positive experience. The employees are very friendly and I especially appreciated the recommendations and attention to details without the high pressure sales tactics. Also, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! My car is happy too. They will definitely see me again!

At the end of my service, I was told they could not reset my dash to show that my oil had been changed because the mechanic wasn’t in and it could only be done with his tools. I was asked to visit again on Monday to have it reset. I thought it odd so I stopped by the Red Oak location and they reset it for me by sitting on the drivers side and pressing a few buttons on the screen. It makes me wonder if Waxahachie even changed the oil. Do yourself a favor and head to Red Oak.
