    I’ve been a loyal customer, but my recent oil change experience was completely unacceptable. The man assisting me was rude and condescending, which is never okay especially paying customers. His attitude was unprofessional from start to finish. He repeatedly tried to upsell services I didn’t need, yet failed to mention my tire pressure sensor was off—basic information any customer should be told. On top of that, I was charged an extra $4 for “shop supplies” in addition to fees I had already paid for the oil, oil filter, and disposal. These charges were neither explained nor justified. This combination of disrespectful behavior, lack of transparency, and unnecessary upselling is not what I expect from a business I’ve supported for years. I will not be returning.
