  Very poor customer service and is a liar stating that vehicles are available and then changing it just so he can rent it to someone else for a higher price. This should be illegal and he should be fired. The person's name is Dominique

  Definitely do not recommend using this location. The guy who works there named Dominique is a liar. Upon talking to him and recording the conversation, he stated that he didn't have any trucks available only cars and then when I mention that insurance was paying for the vehicle, he redacted his statement saying that he didn't have anything available. He was sold out only because they receive a lower rate when insurance pays for the vehicles. This is considered price gouging just to make extra money by renting it at a higher rate to regular customers versus an insurance claim zero out of 10. Do not recommend use one in Dallas. Will be filing a complaint with corporate as well. Not sure what position he plays at this location but definitely would not recommend going there. I can just imagine how many other people he has done this to.

  I don’t give any stars !! So I had a few issues, my card was debited several times without my consent, I answered every call when there was a payment required for extension. I requested not to have the previous card charged and I will provide new billing info and enterprise still went against my wishes. Also I returned the car Thursday 10/9 and was charged for having the car til Friday10/10. Which I have pics and videos on the vehicle parked at the location and keeping the receipts to make sure the car was returned the way I received it. Also the same day I notified I will be returning the car I was threatened with being possession of a stolen vehicle. Instead of asking would you like to extend since you are still in the car like previous but , I was told corporate is filing charges and i will be going to jail for possession of a stolen vehicle, a car your company steady kept taking funds out of an account for but now claiming it’s a stolen car (make it make sense). The same day I notified I was returning the car I expressed I will be bringing in the another payment method but instead they used the card AGAIN that I specifically asked them not to use SEVERAL TIMES when I arrived employees were still there but wasn’t allowing customers in or taking calls, so I didn’t have an option to close out my account physically but was told on the phone when I was threatened with being in a stolen vehicle that the account will be forwarded that same day for closure & further action, so why add additional day that I didn’t have it but didn’t provide no option to clear the balance . Customer service was very unprofessional and I will never use this company ever again. Also I will write my review about this company and the treatment I received. Also was told I would not get my deposit back due to it being used towards days I still had the rental, when the company kept debiting a card unauthorized for several occasions that never declined. I want my deposit as well as the additional day I was charged for that I wasn’t in possession of the car for my inconvenience. I just don’t appreciate the experience I had with this company and will not recommend nor due business in the future. If I was being a difficult customer or causing problems I would understand taking further action but I was never a problem and was treated like a criminal. The car was returned and in front of enterprise Thursday but was charged for Friday. I have a full video as well of the entire location with the vehicle parked and keys returned.
