We extended a rental for 2 days, and charged $62. We thought that sounded pretty cheap, so we asked the manager twice if that was correct. He blatantly said, YES that’s correct. Fast forward 3 days, we return the rental, and now we’re being charged for their “oversight”..$210. Management should be “eating” that cost. That’s on them.
