  This collision shop was listed as a preferred provider through my auto insurance company, State Farm. So, I took my SUV here after a minor rear end accident that left my front grill and bumper damaged. They called me promptly to schedule, got me in the next morning, kept me updated with status and estimated date of completion via text messages, and completed the work on the day they said they would. They did a great job! I am very happy with, and appreciative of, Gerber for the excellent service and work that they did! Would highly recommend this business if you're ever in need of a collision work in their area!

  I would never take another vehicle to this shop. I was very disappointed in the quality of their work although my vehicle stayed in their shop for over four weeks. Plenty of time to do things correctly… Things were out of alignment such as the front door, which was hard to close, along with exterior trim which was bent out of shape and appeared to be super glued on.. The paint job was not good at all. (Orange peel upon inspection.) Upon pick up of the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside with grease stains on the headliner and white dust covering the rear interior. Poor attention to details. Two months later, I returned the vehicle to the dealership for lease return. The dealership reduced my value by $4000.00 for inferior work. Lesson learned. I’ll never take another vehicle to Gerber unless I want inferior work and want to lose a lot of money.

  I would not recommend Gerber Collison in Watauga for repairs on your vehicle. We had to take our vehicle in several times for them to finish the repairs and they were terrible with communication about repair timing. Customer service is lacking and when we finally picked up our vehicle, the manager was in such a hurry to get the vehicle back to us, he basically just walked around the car and said everything was finished. Poor customer service!!!

  Outstanding customer care and service! I stopped in with a few scratches from my bag on the rear driver side. They were awesome in their response and service. Within 20 minutes they buffed out the scratches and polished it all up for no charge. I'm definitely coming back the next time I need body work! And suggest you trust them to do your repairs in the future.
