  I dropped off my car on May 27, 2025. On May 28, 2025, I received an estimate for the vehicle, which is currently involved in a civil dispute. Despite this, Chase, the manager, released my vehicle to an individual who is not listed on the title. This person falsely claimed to be the owner and presented a fake title and insurance documentation. When I contacted Chase to understand what happened, he responded with hostility. I asked for the corporate contact number, and he dismissively told me to look it up myself. According to the police who later arrived on the scene, Chase had been instructed not to release the vehicle. Nevertheless, he took it upon himself to hand over the keys to someone with no legal ownership or verified documentation. Essentially, this means anyone can walk in with an unnotarized bill of sale and a copy of a title—clearly showing my name—and still walk away with my car. This situation is absolutely unacceptable and deeply troubling.

  I went to a different collision place first before visiting Gerber and was told double the cost and cash only. Then I went to Gerber and met the very nice people there. They looked at my car, gave me a quote and told me they could have it done quickly which I needed. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The car was done on time, they continued to be so friendly, and they didn’t try and take advantage of me. The final cost even came in a little lower than the quote! I am grateful I found this place and will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Gerber!

  Everyone in this office are top notch people. Front desk person is fabulous and nice, Chris in the office is great - constant communication about where your vehicle is in the repair process. Thank you to Gerber for making my car look brand new again. Thank you for cleaning it out as it was overdue! Thank you for removing the fire ant nest from the wheel well LOL 😂 Forever will be thankful for you all. All three employees that helped me were the best! Thanks again for everything.

  Randy the Manager was so very helpful and worked diligently to finalize the paperwork for my insurance company. Mark the parts Manager was always very pleasant and extremely positive. Veronica always greeted me by name and was very nice. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all my friends, family, and neighbors! What a super team!

  Over the last three years, our family has had some terrible luck with damage to our vehicles. Between hit and runs, sideswipes, being rear ended, chipped paint and dents, we’ve had it all.
