  This collision shop was listed as a preferred provider through my auto insurance company, State Farm. So, I took my SUV here after a minor rear end accident that left my front grill and bumper damaged. They called me promptly to schedule, got me in the next morning, kept me updated with status and estimated date of completion via text messages, and completed the work on the day they said they would. They did a great job! I am very happy with, and appreciative of, Gerber for the excellent service and work that they did! Would highly recommend this business if you're ever in need of a collision work in their area!

  I dropped off my car on May 27, 2025. On May 28, 2025, I received an estimate for the vehicle, which is currently involved in a civil dispute. Despite this, Chase, the manager, released my vehicle to an individual who is not listed on the title. This person falsely claimed to be the owner and presented a fake title and insurance documentation. When I contacted Chase to understand what happened, he responded with hostility. I asked for the corporate contact number, and he dismissively told me to look it up myself. According to the police who later arrived on the scene, Chase had been instructed not to release the vehicle. Nevertheless, he took it upon himself to hand over the keys to someone with no legal ownership or verified documentation. Essentially, this means anyone can walk in with an unnotarized bill of sale and a copy of a title—clearly showing my name—and still walk away with my car. This situation is absolutely unacceptable and deeply troubling.

  I would never take another vehicle to this shop. I was very disappointed in the quality of their work although my vehicle stayed in their shop for over four weeks. Plenty of time to do things correctly… Things were out of alignment such as the front door, which was hard to close, along with exterior trim which was bent out of shape and appeared to be super glued on.. The paint job was not good at all. (Orange peel upon inspection.) Upon pick up of the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside with grease stains on the headliner and white dust covering the rear interior. Poor attention to details. Two months later, I returned the vehicle to the dealership for lease return. The dealership reduced my value by $4000.00 for inferior work. Lesson learned. I’ll never take another vehicle to Gerber unless I want inferior work and want to lose a lot of money.
