  I’ve always gone to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Belton, Texas, and have never had any issues there. The employees are consistently helpful, courteous, and, most importantly, clean and professional. Because of a busy schedule, I wasn’t able to make it to my usual location, so I decided to visit this Waco location instead. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. I was charged an additional $16 for an extra quart of oil that was not needed and has never been necessary during past visits with the same vehicle. To make matters worse, the technician spilled oil on the engine cowl, which then ran down onto the exhaust manifold. This caused smoke and a burning oil smell afterward, which is completely unacceptable for a routine oil change service. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and unnecessary extra charge at this location. I do not recommend this location

  Juan was probably one of the coolest guys I’ve ever talked to, 10 out of 10 experience. Will be returning in 5,000 miles!

  John was very sweet and had very good communication , the service overall was amazing and quick. The employees energy was great no negative energy or nothing. Overall recommend!!

  We went for an oil change and while most other Valvolines talk us through everything going on, they barely talked to us. And it seemed like there was a problem that happened where something broke off IN THE CAR and it took longer than it should’ve to get through it all. In the end this won’t stop us going to the other Valvoline locations, it just would’ve been nice to have some transparency on the situation that happened.

  Great location to get serviced. I was serviced by Juan and Ashley, they were super great and made sure I was safe to enter back onto the road. Great customer service! I highly recommend this location as long as these employees are on duty :) Thank you so much!
