  With in with ac issues but found out it was a simple operator malfunction. No charge whe they could have made up something. Honest shop.

  When I came to Trinity auto. They evaluate my problem with replacing my front brakes Rotors were replaced and my hubs. The bearings were dry and replaced the hubs, which was all good The price was quite high.The calipers they said would Be good , Calipers only lasted four weeks when we came back 4 weeks later, breaks for smoking. Trinity auto put new calipers on charge me full price did not get a break on the labor. Paid full price.

  My diesel truck broke down on me 2 weeks after buying it. I had used Trinity auto haus previously with another car and they provided good customer service. So I reached out to them to see if they could help me. Although they don't specialize in diesel vehicles they offered to take a look. I spoke with the gentleman named Cody at the China Spring location. He was very prompt and very polite and he got me a tow truck sent to my house and a timely fashion to pick up my vehicle. Then the same day Cody gave me a call letting me know that they were unable to dig down deep enough to find the underlying issue. But instead of just telling me good luck he went above and beyond. He got me another tow and gave me a couple of recommendations of where I might could take it. It's frustrating calling somewhere whenever you're having problems and dealing with someone on the other end of the phone that just makes your day worse. It was a breath of fresh air to have somebody on the other end of the line that seemed like they actually cared about my issues. I will definitely take my other vehicles in my household to this location. Thanks Cody H for your help.

  Great shop. Customer service very attentive, nice clean interior. Not many places will take you late in the afternoon on a Friday and get you turned around fast. Employees are always looking to save you money and get you back in your car quickly. Free Ubers are offered as a ride home too if you have to leave your car there. Techs are communicative and understanding. Overall great first experience with this shop and will return.
