  We had a car issue driving from Dallas to Waco and we stopped at Trinity Auto haus. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They even provided an Uber to take us somewhere while we waited for our car. I would highly recommend getting your car worked on here.

  Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Very quick to communicate and thorough with examining and fixing the vehicle. I got my car fixed in two days for a coolant system leak and flat tire, which involved replacement of radiator hoses, valves, and spark plugs (plus a tire) and alongside that got some neat token gifts at the end. They also provide free uber service to and from your vehicle. Overall great service.

  I am a first time customer and Trinity Haus has been the best mechanic experience I have ever had! The staff was amazing they took their time to explain the issue of the vehicle and service was complete the same day! Top tier service for sure I will continue to use them going forward!

  Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to do their own research and get multiple opinions before committing to any major repairs here (brakes, battery, suspension, etc). If you’re looking for a very polished experience with conveniences like friendly staff, no-pressure communication, and services like ride assistance, this shop does provide that. Smaller services seem reasonably priced; however, in my experience, larger services were quoted significantly higher than other reputable shops in the area. I initially had a very positive impression and even left a 5-star review. Over time, after a more significant service visit, I reassessed that experience. I was presented with an estimate exceeding $7,000 in repairs and was advised that the vehicle may not be worth keeping. I was told that the truck was likely to “become a money pit” and that I might consider selling it as-is and finding another used vehicle, with an offer to inspect a replacement vehicle. They also provided photos and showed me things like fluid condition during the inspection, which initially felt helpful and thorough. However, after seeking additional opinions from other reputable local shops, I was told that several of those same items were not in the condition originally described and did not require immediate attention. This was difficult to process, especially given my financial situation, and it left me uncertain about what was truly necessary. Afterward, I chose to compare pricing and recommendations across multiple shops. What I found was that several of the larger repair items were quoted SIGNIFICANTLY higher (2-3×) than what other well-reviewed reputable shops in the area estimated for the same work. To be fair, the team was always courteous, and I did not feel pressured to move forward with repairs. That said, the pricing differences and conflicting assessments were substantial enough that I personally would not return for larger repairs. After comparing options, I did not feel confident moving forward with their recommendations. My recommendation to others is simple: take advantage of multiple inspections and compare quotes, especially for high-cost repairs. It can make a significant difference in both understanding what’s truly necessary and what a fair price looks like.

  Went in to get my 2019 Range Rover with 43k miles serviced. Appointment set for 9am and dropped off. Oil changed and tires rotated. Alignment they couldn't get to which I understand. Takes time. Great. Picked up my vehicle up and on the way home, the check engine light comes on 🤔. I returned and let them know that the check engine light came on and has never had any problems before this service. Response: Unfortunate. It's now showing sensors need to be replaced. Really! Never had any issues before I went here. Now they want me to return for additional service and this also. Smh. Update from ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Brian, the owner, reached out to me to schedule a follow up appointment where he could take a look at the issue personally. I took the vehicle back the following week for the alignment. While this service was being performed, Brian came out and introduced himself. We talked for about thirty minutes in which he said he didn't like the way the issue with the check engine light was handled and informed me that they would be taking care of it at no cost to me. He even gave me a tour of his service center and talked about future improvements. What a great guy who is passionate about cars! To me, this great customer service. Needless to say, he now has a customer for life. Thanks Brian and Trinity Auto Haus!
