  I purchased my 2025 Camry Hybrid from this dealership. I’ve been using Toyota of Waco for my service the last 9 months. Since I’ve been coming there, the service department has been up charging me with additional service and recommended service that honestly didn’t need service. For example, I replaced the cabin air filter and the engine air filter the week before my service appointment. When I brought my vehicle in for an oil change/tire rotation; David S. From the service department told me my engine and cabin filter were both dirty and they needed replacing? At 40,000 miles I had them replace my tires and do a four wheel alignment. After I left I noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right while driving. The following week I took it in to Jesse Britt’s automotive and they verified my alignment was done incorrectly and they fixed it for 1/3 the cost Toyota of Waco charged me. On 6 April 2025 I visited the service department and asked for a refund. David Sparkman said Toyota of Waco would not refund my money and honor the Toyota satisfaction guarantee. I was disappointed and told the service department I will never use Toyota of Waco for service again!

  Probably the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Octavius Y met us when we got out of our car, knew exactly what used vehicle we were there to see when I showed him a screenshot, knew where it was on the lot, and knew all about it. Then he and his manager Steve actually got us a new model of the same exact car in the same color and everything for $2000 LESS and a better financing rate. All with zero pressure. Completely unlike some experiences we have had at other dealers. Our next car will also be from Toyota of Waco!

  Tracey Allen was amazing! I really was just seeing what was out there, not set on buying something. I told her what I wanted in a vehicle and she came up with this beautiful car. She worked the numbers and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. I can’t thank her and everyone one else that worked with me enough. Everyone there is so helpful. I’ll definitely come back here when I ready for a new car.

  So I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Johnson at Toyota of Waco. He was/is such a gentleman and sweetheart! He took such good care of me. And erased the stereotype that has lived in my head of car salesman are just out to get you money! Alex made something I didn’t think I would be able to get possible. A 2025 Nisan! The process was easy because he made it easy! And this was my first time making such a big purchase after driving the same care for 13 years! So Alex I will never forget you! I will even refer my friends even family your way! Top tier car salesman! 🫡
