    I was very impressed with my experience renting with enterprise. I walked in after having a very long day with car troubles and needed a car to get back to Dallas. The store was warm and bright and the employees look like they were enjoying their job. Everyone had a smile on their face. Picking up the car was painless and quick and very reasonably price. I ended up not needing the car as long as the reservation and was credited back for the days that I did not use. I was also offered a ride back to the service station where my vehicle was. Everyone was super nice and super helpful. Will definitely be using them again!

    I had a one way car rental from DFW on Saturday and returned the car the next day (Sunday) at this brunch. The brunch was closed due to Easter and I dropped the keys at the drop box as instructed. I went back the next business day (Monday) to confirm the return. First I was told that they are unable to see anything since I got the car from DFW, and they told me that they backdated my return to Sunday as per my contract. They also told me that they rented the car I was in out as well so everything should be ok. Well, they LIED. I just got my invoice and I was charged for 2 days instead (they DID NOT back date my return). The associates in this brunch are the least helpful and just trying to run me out of the office instead of helping.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Enterprise. We made a reservation a week and a half in advance for a full-size SUV because we needed it to transport our son’s medical bed from Waco to Memphis. This was not a casual trip—it was important and time-sensitive. To avoid any issues, we even called 24 hours prior to confirm, and we were assured everything was good to go. However, when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were told they did not have a full-size SUV—or any SUV available at all. This is completely unacceptable. What is the point of a reservation if the vehicle is not guaranteed or even available? To make matters worse, we were told that an area manager would contact us regarding our concerns. No one ever reached out. The lack of accountability and communication is just as disappointing as the initial issue. Because of this, our entire trip was ruined, and we were unable to find another rental anywhere in town on such short notice. This experience showed a serious lack of reliability, professionalism, and customer care—especially for a situation involving medical needs. I would not recommend this location to anyone who actually needs to depend on a reservation being honored. US Military Family, Retired.

    Do not rent a vehicle at Enterprise in Waco, Texas, specifically the location at 1601 Jack Kultgen Fwy, Waco, TX 76706 (Interstate 35 Frontage Rd & S 17th St). They rent out vehicles with preexisting damage. If you notice any damage whatsoever, minor or major, report it and request documentation of the previous damages. I noticed a small dent prior to renting a vehicle and pointed it out. She claimed that it was nothing and they weren't worried about it. Please have them give you documentation of all damages. If they fail to do so, don't rent the vehicle. They will tell you the small dent is nothing they're too worried about, but when you return your vehicle, they'll accuse you of the same damage you spoke to them about. Be aware! Do not rent a vehicle with any type of damage, even if it's a small dent or scratch. If you notice it, they notice it too. They will try to pursue you for a fraudulent claim.

    I would give zero stars if it was an option. We were from out of state and in a wreck. This location was closest to the incident so insurance sent us there. The manager called and we told them we were coming in a tow truck - we had little kids with us and I communicated we needed a vehicle large enough for car seats and luggage. I show up and they proceed to tell me they in fact did NOT have a car for me and they ment to call me and tell me. Uh, okay? I have a wrecked car on a tow truck in your parking lot - can we find a solution? Mind you, they then showed me a Malibu which they then back peddled on and said “oh there’s damage on the trunk we can’t let you borrow it”. Excuse me? You can’t loan me a car with cosmetic damage? There were literally 7 mini vans sitting in the lot. I asked if there were any other places in town that had inventory for us because again, I have little kids and am stranded 300 miles from home, and they tell me “There isn’t a car from Waco to Austin for you.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Long story short, after getting a hotel and spending the night in miserable Waco, I called the main reservation hotline to find out there IN FACT was inventory 7 minutes down the road and another wonderful, much more efficiently run store that had me in a car and off home the next morning. Run from this store. Poorly managed. Poorly run. Poor communication. I pitty anyone that has to deal with this store.
