    We had an amazing experience with the enterprise in Waco Texas. The staff was overwhelmingly positive, welcoming, helpful and went out of their way to assist our needs in getting a rental.

    Great customer service! I rented a car here in February 2026 and had absolutely no issues or problems. I was even given an upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The staff was wonderful—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be renting here again!

    Excellent service and wonderful customer oriented people. I am so grateful to this team! We were from out of state and in a wreck. We needed a car to get our little kids home. When another Enterprise in the Waco area told us they “wasn’t a car for us anywhere between Waco and Austin” the Waco Rd location SAVED us. They got us in a larger vehicle, first thing the next morning, picked me up from the hotel we were in, and helped us get set. I cannot thank this team enough!
