I sensed their professional pride and knew they took it seriously. I was kept updated throughout the process and after a bit of detective work and old fashioned elbow grease the “smoking gun” was discovered. Part of the problem lay in the fact that my truck is over 25 years old and it had a wiring issue on a system that no longer exists. Trinity built one from scratch! I’m sold on their services and I’m taking the same truck back to finish up some other outstanding issues they discovered in the process.

I think the fact that we were unable to take the vehicle elsewhere was used to their advantage. Talking to other shops and mechanics, the usual charge for this job is $600 - $1100. We feel we were overcharged by at least a thousand dollars.
