They charged her a diagnostics and then said the problem was “complicated” so they wanted to charge us another diagnostics charge. Came to find out that they can potentially charge you 3x for diagnostics, so you could be charged $500 before they even tell you what the issue is. Additionally they were unable to properly identify the problem with my car, they were talking about tearing into my engine harnesses, I took the car to a better auto shop and they had the ignition cylinder switched same day and the issue was fixed. These guys have no idea what they’re doing mechanically and try to squeeze all the money they can out of each customer. They will over charge you for parts and service and still not fix the problem. They should not be in business.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have what they needed to deal with my issue at that time. But there was no charge for the inspection they did. I highly recommend you try them for any service issues you may need.

We called Trinity Auto Haus, and right away they were so kind and reassuring. Even though it was close to closing time, they told us to come in and took us right away. Everyone there was genuinely friendly and helpful—from the front desk to the technician. They fixed the issue quickly and even took the time to show us what they did, which meant a lot. You can really tell this is a place that operates with integrity and care, not just skill. It’s rare to walk into an auto shop and feel this taken care of. Trinity Auto Haus is full of good people who do honest, quality work. If you’re in Waco and need help with your car, I couldn’t recommend them more!
