  They’re a bunch of scammers and rude people. I’ve been messaging a guy named aaron, he was semi-nice but very confusing. i pointed out that the pricing wasn’t adding up and he says “my sales manager made a mistake”. i spoke to the sales manger (extremely rude person) and he was talking to me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions. I mentioned over three times that this was my first time purchasing a car and none of them were friendly or helpful. He was trying to add an additional 5k to the total. On top of that they told me nothing was wrong with the car, but there’s a lot of exterior damages and they claimed to “detail” clean the car yet it’s still dirty. If they didn’t have the car I had been looking for for months I wouldn’t have bought from them. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. horrible people, i hope they all have the day they deserve.

  The salesman, Gideon Bessemer (sp) which I later found out was fired from Pete Mankins went to work at Toyota of Waco sold me a used lemon!!! Gideon stated this car went through 180 point check?? Less than six months later: I have a huge bill of $1200 for this 2020 Lexus NX300!!! In less than six months the rear brakes that were down to 20 percent had to be replaced, an air filter, and a battery. Unbelievable!!!! When I asked Gideon to pay for it, his response was wear and tire!!! Really ???? Everyone!!!! Including Adam Schwarz, the service manager at Toyota Waco show no empathy towards military veterans or a widow!!! Please DO NOT USE THESE TWO STEALERSHIPS!!! Especially the used car person Gideon B!!! Thank you for reading!! This car was driven exactly 9957 miles! Please read Gideons lies in his text message to me that it was more than 12000??? Also included are all receipts from both Stealerships and the text message from Gideon. I am not making this stuff up. Buyer beware. Please please read last statement on back page “YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR REPUTATION”.

  I worked with Alexander Johnson in order to purchase my Land Cruiser. He made sure I got exactly what I was looking for! All the bells and whistles as a retirement gift to myself… Alex is an outstanding salesman. He truly goes the extra distance to ensure you have a great car buying experience! There was zero hassle involved. All the paperwork was easy. When I got to the dealership, he taught me everything I need to know about my new vehicle. I love my new car so much!

  Just purchased a Brand New 2026 Tundra from Toyota of Waco. I would be wrong if I didn't mention how hassle free it was. I literally spent less than 45 minutes at the dealership. It started with me just browsing and basically window shopping online early this morning. I decided to do the application online and within 15-20 minutes Tracy Allen had reached to let me know they had my information and would be in touch once she got to the dealership. Less than a hour later she reached out to let me know I was approved. After work I stopped by the dealership, took it for a drive signed paperwork and was on my way. Never have I ever experienced a car purchase so smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Tracy and staff of Toyota of Waco.
