  I had a chipped windshield and I went in to have it repaired. Safelite file the claim through my insurance company and it took them forever to get it so Sarah called and Help me walk through the difficulties of getting that taken care of. She was a great help and a blessing cause I would’ve never been able to do that and she definitely has the patience for it. I would recommend Safe flight in Waco, Texas off of Franklin Drive to anybody

  I made an appointment online per my insurance instructions. I waited for Safelite to come over but they didn’t show. I contacted Safelite to see why they were no show? I was told by a representative that the appointment was deleted and he blamed my insurance for it. I wasted half of the day waiting for an appointment that it was canceled and no one bother to informed me! It’s hard for me to blame it on my insurance since they didn’t have knowledge that the appointment was canceled by Safelite.

  Safelite Auto Glass did a terrific job replacing the front windshield on my Hyundai Palisade. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. We have used Safelite many times in the past and will continue to use them for our vehicle glass needs in the future.

  Made an appointment to replace my back windshield that has a manual slider I paid in advance and went to drop my truck off only to receive a phone call after 30 minutes saying that they received the wrong glass and to come pick up my truck when I went in to pick it up I was informed that the right part wouldn’t be in for another week and a half and they wanted to charge me another $200 when I asked if they could do anything about the price because they ordered the wrong part and now I have to wait another week and a half they offered a slightly better promo code than what I already had applied myself then said there is a way to take off more but they thought that the boss would be mad, they didn’t make any actual attempt to contact the boss and verify if they could or couldn’t do anything else to help the situation very unprofessional

  I was very impressed with the service I received. I called on a Friday and he came out on Saturday to replace my window. He contacted me before arriving and was very thorough. He even cleaned around where the old back windshield was before installing the new one.
