  The team here delivered an excellent customer experience. Thoroughly explained everything about my vehicle and what I will need in the future. The waiting areas and restrooms are clean which is always a big indicator for me as part of the overall customer experience. Will definitely be returning.

  I had a great experience at National Tire and Battery on Valley Mills Rd in Waco. The team was incredibly quick and efficient, getting me taken care of without a long wait. Their customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. I’ve also had battery service done here previously, and that experience was just as good, which is why I came back. They’ve consistently been reliable and professional. They also offer great prices, which really helps when you’re on a budget. It’s nice to find a place that’s affordable, fast, and treats customers well. Highly recommend them if you need tires or battery service in Waco!

  I recently had my vehicle serviced at National Tire & Battery, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Brian, the manager, who truly went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain the work being done, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in great hands. The entire team worked efficiently, and the turnaround time was excellent. It’s not often you find a place that combines speed, quality service, and outstanding customer care so well. I highly recommend National Tire & Battery, and I especially appreciate Brian’s leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning for future service!

  HUGE shout out to Thomas for taking care of my vehicle! I recently had a front-end alignment and new tires installed at the Waco location, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and completed in a timely matter. My vehicle now drives straight and smooth, and the new tires have made a huge difference in the ride quality. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest service and quality work. I’ll absolutely be back!

  Unable to look up inventory by item number. Edit: I am unable to respond to the NTB customer relations response, but that is exactly what I did. The rep on the other side of the phone refused to look up by product / item number listed on the website. I went to discount tire instead and conducted the exact same workflow and received my tire with no issue.
